Trust and Connection | In One Breath

So many times we forget to touch, we forget to breathe together, in intimacy.  We have so much distraction in our lives, electronics, family, work, you name it.  When we are forced to trust, touch, breathe, look at each other and feel our energy connect, that can be the best medicine for love.  This is an example of another way to be connected.  You don't have to do acro yoga, or even be this good!  Just try doing something together, that is in one breath.  Running, yoga, hiking, sailing...whatever your passion is, do it together and let the silence of hearing yourselves breathe together, and feel the same things together reconnect your souls.
